Waste is only waste when no one is willing to see its potential.
The real challenge is not just managing scrap, but creating the systems, design thinking, and manufacturing opportunities that allow it to have a second chance. That means looking at discarded materials differently — not as an end, but as the beginning of something new.
We upcycled more than 3,360 m² of upholstery waste from Peugeot — a complex mix of suede, textiles, leather, and felt, each with different textures, behaviours, and material combinations. Not easy to work with. But full of possibility.
That scrap was transformed into tote bags, handbags, phone bags, mini bags, weekender bags, backpacks, pouches, notebook sleeves, and much more.
